What impressed me most was how detailed the travel guide was. It covered so many things I hadn't considered before visiting China, especially internet access, mobile payments, and transportation. I also appreciated having alternative plans in case something didn't work out. It made preparing for the trip much less stressful.
Planning a family trip to China can be complicated, but this tool made it surprisingly easy. I loved how the itinerary considered our travel pace and included useful information for getting around. The daily recommendations were practical, and having Chinese place names made communicating with drivers much easier. Definitely worth it!

Questions travellers ask.
How long does it take?
About 10 to 20 minutes. You can watch every step on the page after checkout, and we email you the moment it is ready.
Is my guide written by AI?
Yes. Our AI plans the days and writes the text, but every sight, restaurant and hotel it suggests comes from our city database. After delivery you can ask the AI travel assistant follow-up questions about your trip, and it searches the web when it needs to.
Is the information accurate?
Places come from our city database and are located on OpenStreetMap; the AI only chooses and describes them. Prices and opening hours change, so we mark them as approximate and tell you what to double-check. We also look up the weather forecast and official notices for your dates, with sources.
Which languages can my guide be in?
English, Korean, Japanese, Russian, German, French or Spanish. You choose when you order. Names and addresses also appear in Chinese for taxi drivers and staff.
Can I change my guide after I get it?
Yes. Tell the AI assistant on your order page what to change: swap a sight, restaurant or hotel, or add the flights, trains and hotels you've booked. It proposes the changes, and one click on “Update my guide” rebuilds the affected pages. 3 updates are included.
How many follow-up questions can I ask?
20 are included with every guide. If you need more, you can top up 30 questions for $5.
Do I need a visa?
Many nationalities can now visit China visa-free for up to 30 days, and others qualify for 240-hour transit. Your guide's first chapter tells you which rules apply to your passport.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us what's wrong and we'll correct it free of charge. Each guide is written for you as soon as you pay, so we don't refund a change of mind; we do refund if we can't deliver within 48 hours or you were charged by mistake. See our refund policy.
